Message I guess I am missing why I should eat the money for someone not doing the job they said they would.

What you are saying is basicly I should be ok if I walk into a restaurant, order medium rare steak and they bring me a well done one? They are both steaks, just one is done correctly the other is not.

Or if I go into an electronics store buy a TV should I be ok with it having it delievered with large scratch down the middle?
I hope that you get my point, I ultimately paid to have my car painted correctly and the shop agreed to do it. Now I have let them have 4 chances to get it correct and they have not been able to pull it off. So again at what point can I take them to court and stand a chance of winning?
